 ASR DIGITAL EVENTS – Terms & Conditions

Welcome to ASR DIGITAL EVENTS. Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before booking our services. By using our services, you agree to comply with the following:

1. Booking & Advance Payment

  • All events must be booked in advance with a minimum 30–50% advance payment to confirm the date.

  • Bookings without advance payment will not be considered confirmed.

  • The remaining balance must be cleared before or on the day of the event.

2. Event Timings

  • Our team will arrive at the venue 1 hour prior to the scheduled start time.

  • Any additional hours beyond the agreed timing may incur extra charges.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations 5 days prior to the event will receive a 50% refund of the advance.

  • Same-day cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable.

  • Any changes in event date are subject to availability.

4. Services Provided

  • Stage, Arch, and Balloon Decorations

  • Photography & Videography

  • DJ, Sound, and Light System

  • Catering & Food Stall Setup

  • Welcome Kits & Return Gifts

  • Cultural Shows & Entertainment

All services are provided as per the agreed quotation and package.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • Ensure all venue permissions are obtained prior to the event.

  • Any damage to ASR DIGITAL EVENTS equipment caused by clients or guests will be charged to the client.

  • The client must coordinate for power, water, or other essential requirements at the venue.

6. Media Rights

  • Photos and videos taken during events may be used by ASR DIGITAL EVENTS for portfolio, promotions, and social media, unless the client explicitly restricts usage.

7. Liability

  • ASR DIGITAL EVENTS is not responsible for delays or interruptions caused by external factors, including weather, venue restrictions, or other unforeseen events.

  • Our liability is limited to the services booked and payments made.

8. Communication

  • Clients must provide a primary contact person for coordination.

  • Any last-minute changes should be communicated at least 24 hours in advance.

9. Agreement & GST

  • All bookings include a service invoice with applicable GST.

  • Terms are subject to Indian laws and any disputes will be resolved under Kanyakumari jurisdiction.
